At FreshCut Paper, we want you to be delighted with your life-sized paper bouquets. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unused paper flowers and greeting cards back into their original protective cardboard mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
