How do I assemble my FreshCut Paper bouquet?
Our bouquets are designed for effortless display. Simply open the envelope, pull the bouquet open, and it will lock into a sturdy, free-standing 3D shape—no water or assembly required.
What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping is calculated based on your location and order size.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, sustainability is a core value. Our bouquets and envelopes are made from 100% recyclable paper and we plant a tree for every bouquet sold through our partnership with 1% for the Planet.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely. Each bouquet comes with a coordinating note card where you can write a personal message. If you are shipping directly to a recipient, you can enter your message during checkout and we will print it for you.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your flowers. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How much postage is required to mail a bouquet?
Most of our standard bouquets require four Forever stamps or the equivalent of $2.40 in postage, as they are considered 'Large Envelopes' or 'Flats' by the USPS.
